When we purchased the single-family Cameron Project, it was completely run-down and in shambles, and it was not well maintained. Plants were overgrown in the yard and the garage needed serious repairs.
This Victorian inspired home was built in sunny Long Beach, in 1906. When we purchased it in May 2013 for $155,000, it had 1,565 sq. ft. on a 5,967 sq. ft. lot. There was no HVAC system or laundry hook-up. It had 5 bedrooms and 1 bath on title.
We picture this residence for a growing or large family. We will update everything, as well as make the floor plan more functional. We will create a master bedroom with a full en-suite restroom with his and hers sinks and another full restroom downstairs. We plan to open up the enclosed living area to create a more open floor plan. Follow this project on our future updates!
