Job Title of Opening: Market Research Analyst

Standard functions of a Market Research Analyst for a real estate investment, development and management company. Gather and analyze data leading to support management in the acquisition, development and management of real property. Prepare reports responsive to management needs and requests detailing market conditions to identify best use of real property and support business development strategies. Gather and analyze pertinent market data to support critical business decisions pertaining to best use of property which will guide the nature of the development.   Analyze site data impacting optimal use including local market activity and the conditions affecting development and use, demographics (population – income), variables affecting marketability and competitive properties. Interpret present data concerning price, yield, stability and extrapolate to predict future trends in targeted markets. Perform market research to guide development. Analyze marketing data to support preparation of marketing materials (print and on line), to support sales as well as development of perspectives for potential investors.

Requires a Master’s Degree in Communications and 1 year of experience. In lieu of, will accept a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications and 5 years of progressive experience, or any suitable combination of education, training or experience thereof. No less than a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications and 5 years of progressive experience is acceptable.
