Verono Homes is LA’s fresh-thinking residential development firm, mindfully owned and operated by native Angelenos. Verono creates opportunities for first-time home buyers to own a small piece of the California dream, with artfully designed multi-family and single family homes in burgeoning LA neighborhoods. Verono has conceived and constructed over 55 quality projects from Venice to Highland Park, including the much anticipated small-lot community in North Hollywood, Outline at NoHo, to be completed in Fall 2019. With a lifelong appreciation for LA’s unique neighborhoods, Verono creates homes that contribute to the existing and evolving character of each community. Andrew Raitt

Founder and CEO of Verono Homes.

Andrew has always been one to seek a better future and a strong foundation. After several hardships and a few lessons, after attending junior college at LA Valley College, Andrew graduated from USC in 1999 with a Bachelors in Business Administration. He cultivated a work ethic that was part hustle and part activist for the common man. He did this by deciding to leave his comfortable corporate job at IBM to pursue a career in real-estate. As luck would have it, his first real-estate deal turned into a house flipping project with Tom Lewis, the father of well-known Bravo reality star, Jeff Lewis of Flipping Out. This project was the starting point and lead Andrew, to develop a diversified portfolio that includes; single home developments, multi-home projects, and the highly anticipated Outline at NoHo project in North Hollywood. Born and raised in Los Angeles, his love for the city and his daily interaction with LA’s underestimated pocket neighborhoods allows him to share his vision of how to live in LA.

Christine Ver Raitt

VP of Marketing and Co-Founder

With an MBA in Marketing from Cal State University of Long Beach, Christine is a savvy female business owner and co-founder of Verono Homes. Alongside her partner and husband, Andrew Raitt, she is responsible for overseeing interior details on projects and is at the creative helm for all marketing initiatives. Her contribution began by setting up all of the back of the house operations for Verono Homes, as well as hiring the initial corporate staff. Once that was under way, she took time off to start a family, and now she and Andrew have two lovely daughters. Today, Christine spends her work day setting up marketing partnerships, directing the interior design decisions and overseeing the Verono brand.  Otherwise, you will find her at the epicenter of her home - the kitchen - where she serves up mastered culinary dishes, or finding inspiration in LA’s restaurant scene with friends and family.
